Associate Professor Lawrence Loh

Lawrence Loh is associate professor at National University of Singapore Business School’s Department of Business Policy. After obtaining a PhD from M.I.T. in 1993, he has served in various management positions, on top of his academic career. His research interests include strategic planning, IT strategy, as well as innovation policy. He also has extensive international consulting experience, with companies such as Andersen Consulting, IBM, Asian Productivity Organization, in addition to his consultancy to local government agencies.

Prof Prasad Kaipa

Prasad Kaipa is the Executive Director of the Centre for Leadership, Innovation, and Change (CLIC) at the Indian School of Business in Hyderabad. He has 18 years of research and consulting experience in the areas of change management, innovation, and leadership mindsets. He received his doctorate degree in Physics from the University of Utah. He has been an advisor and coach for over 100 CEOs, executive teams, and board members in Fortune 500 companies. He co-founded the Entrepreneur Institute for the TiE (The Indus Entrepreneurs) in 2002.

Jaume Ribera is professor of Operations Management at IESE (Spain). He holds degrees from the University of Florida and Polytechnic University of Catalonia, and was the recipient of a Fulbright fellowship. His current research is in the areas of operations improvement management, health systems management and project management. He has published numerous materials and research on these topics. His recent work investigates the role of social movements as motors of organisational change. He has consulted for companies including Aon, BP, CEMEX, GE, Hearst, IBM, Mass Mutual and others. His clients also include non-profit or government organisations such as the American Cancer Society, and the intelligence community (FBI, CIA).
